Reach Codes banning gas appliances go away

Yowzers! Thank you to the 3-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court for ruling that local ordinances preventing the use of gas appliances are overridden by federal law!

Big middle finger to the City Council for adopting those Reach Codes. This group of elected officials at the city are a bunch of clowns. A small city attempting to override laws of the federal government regarding an impactful issue to a majority of Piedmont residents.

Let’s get cracking and DRILL, BABY, DRILL!
